Abstract
以40%甘油作为保护液,红细胞在-80℃低温保存,实现了稀有血型红细胞、自身输血者的红细胞的长期保存使用(使用年限为10年)[1].笔者采用40%甘油冰冻红细胞,用血细胞处理机洗涤红细胞去甘油化,最后添加MAP液制备成冰冻解冻去甘油红细胞,各项技术指标检测结果较为满意,现报告如下.
