Abstract
Ⅰ型糖尿病指胰岛B细胞破坏,导致胰岛素绝对缺乏,引起以高血糖为特征的代谢紊乱,可造成人体多系统慢性损害.糖尿病患者骨质脆弱,比正常人群更易发生骨折,且骨折后愈合缓慢,甚至出现骨不愈合.了解糖尿病对骨折愈合的具体影响方式对临床有非常重要的意义.
