1 病例资料
患者,男,45岁,反复右上腹痛2年,加重1周,于2005年3月5日入院.查体:T 36.9℃, P 86次/min,R 21次/min,Bp 130/90mmHg,皮肤及巩膜无黄染,右上腹压痛,无肌紧张及反跳痛,墨菲氏征(+),肠鸣音正常,B超示:胆囊大小65mm×28mm,壁厚2mm,胆总管内径7mm,胆囊腔内探及数个大小不等的强光团,其中一个大小约9mm×8mm,均后伴声影,实验室检查未见异常.
