急性重症胆管炎(ACST)病情进展凶险,治疗不及时常可导致严重后果,如中毒性休克和死亡.老年ACST常并存基础疾病,临床症状不典型,进展快,休克发生早,并发症多,预后差,在诊断及治疗上都有其特点.现对本院1995年至2004年67例60岁以上ACST患者的治疗过程报告如下.
