Abstract
米索前列醇(米索)有软化及扩张宫颈的作用,目前均经口服或经阴道后穹隆放置给药以减轻人工流产的副反应,而无痛人工流产术前不予用药.作者观察了无痛人工流产术前经直肠放置米索前列醇的效果并与经阴道用药及不用药进行比较,以选择更合理的治疗途径.报告如下.
