Abstract
目的分析四川汉族HLA基因频率和HLA-A、-B位点常见显著连锁不平衡单型。方法应用微量PCR-SSP基因分型技术,将随机抽样350例造血干细胞捐献者的血样标本进行HLA-A、-B和DR基因分型。结果HLA-A、-B位点常见显著不平衡单型为A2-B46、A24-B60、A11-B75/B62、A30-B13。结论四川汉族人中A2与B46、A24与B60、A11与B72/62、A30与B13常呈显著连锁不平衡。
