Abstract
目的探讨纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)检查对菌阴肺结核病的诊断价值,以提高菌阴肺结核病的确诊率.方法回顾性分析2000年1月～2005年9月行纤支镜室检查并确诊的92例患者的临床资料.结果92例中经过纤支镜及其相关检查确诊为肺结核的49例(53.26%),肺癌39例(42.39%),其他4例(4.35%).结论纤支镜检查对菌阴肺结核病的定诊起着关键性作用,如有条件应及早行此检查.
