Abstract
肩锁关节脱位治疗方法较多,应用外固定方法可达到解剖复位,但由于喙锁韧带愈合的问题,可并发肩部畸形,疼痛,活动受限[1].我科采用部分肱二头肌短头肌腱重建断裂的喙锁韧带,克氏针固定,取得了良好效果.
