急性等容量血液稀释对心脏瓣膜置换术中心功能及氧代谢的影响

Abstract
目的观察急性等容量血液稀释(ANH)对心脏瓣膜置换术中心功能及氧代谢的影响。方法随机选择心脏瓣膜置换术病人20例,麻醉平稳后行ANH,同时监测心功能及氧代谢的相关参数。结果ANH后心输出量(CO)明显提高(P<0·01),外周血管阻力(SVR)明显下降(P<0·01),氧供(DO2)下降(P<0·05),氧摄取率(O2ER)明显提高(P<0·01)。结论适度ANH有利于心脏瓣膜置换术的心功能改善,而氧代谢改变不明显。
