Abstract
肾上腺皮质激素是治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的首选药物,但临床上有部分患者正规使用肾上腺皮质激素治疗无效.目前对难治性ITP患者治疗方法各异但疗效多数不显著,我科采用调控血小板数量的细胞因子-重组人白细胞介素-11(rhIL-11)治疗了7例难治性ITP患者,现报道如下.
