Abstract
有静脉血回流的四肢皮肤逆行撕脱伤,原位直接缝合术后皮肤常出现肿胀、发绀而坏死,皮肤削薄回植或游离植皮虽可创面愈合,但功能及外形均不够理想,而深部组织如肌腱、神经血管和骨骼等外露者修复更为棘手.自1999年以来,笔者应用显微外科技术原位回植21例四肢逆行撕脱伤皮肤,效果满意.
