Abstract
便秘为临床上的常见病,1999年国内戴菲等对1525例健康人群进行调查,便秘总患病率为9.18%,男7.28%,女11.04%,60岁以上14.84%.慢传输型便秘(low transit constipation,STC)占功能性便秘的45.5%.本文就STC的概念、发病机制及治疗进展等作一简要综述.
