急性视网膜坏死综合征(acute retinal necrosis syndrome,ARNS)是一种由病毒感染引起的眼病,表现为灶状视网膜坏死、以视网膜动脉炎为主的视网膜血管炎,中度以上的玻璃体混浊和后期发生视网膜脱离,严重者可致盲.本病于1971年由日本Umyama首次报道,以后逐渐引起人们的广泛关注和研究.
