翼状胬肉是眼科常见病、多发病,一般认为可能与紫外线照射、风沙、粉尘、花粉刺激及炎症等因素有关.单纯药物治疗无效,临床以手术切除为主,但传统方法复发率较高,我们自2002年以来对常规翼状胬肉切除术进行改良设计,并联合应用结膜移行遮盖治疗初发性翼状胬肉,疗效满意,报告如下.
