Abstract
近年来,鼻内窥镜手术广为临床应用,它是在鼻内窥镜直视下,清除病灶,改善和重建鼻腔、鼻窦通气功能,并尽可能保留鼻腔、鼻窦正常解剖结构和功能的鼻微创外科手术[1].从1995年我科开展了3 538例鼻内窥镜手术.通过对围手术期的观察护理,体会到鼻内窥镜术后护理对保障手术成功具有重要意义.
