Abstract
心悸可由多种原因引起,患者主诉心慌、心跳或伴有心前区不适等症状.明确心悸的原因,对治疗方案的制定具有重要意义.对有心悸症状但常规心电图检查正常的患者,动态心电图可作为首选的无创检查方法.我们利用动态心电图仪,对197例主诉心悸的患者进行24 h动态心电图监测,现将其结果分析报道如下:
