Abstract

呼吸机相关性肺炎(ventilator-associated pneumonia,VAP)是机械通气(Mechanical Ventilation,MV)患者常见并发症,发病率在9%～68%,死亡率在30%～70%[1].目前随着新型生物材料应用的增多,细菌生物被膜(biofilm,BF)与VAP的关系也开始受到重视.气管导管(endotracheal tube,ETT)内BF与VAP的关系也逐渐成为国内外医学、药学及微生物学专家共同关注的问题.因此,本文就ETT-BF的形成、微生物分布特点及与VAP发病关系和防治措施进展予以综述,供临床参考.
