15例脊髓型多发性硬化临床分析

Abstract
多发性硬化(MS)是以中枢神经系统中多灶性炎性,脱髓鞘为特征的自身免疫性疾病,在发病早期或慢性进展过程中,临床症状常不典型,易与其它疾病混淆,而脊髓型MS更需与脊髓内其他疾病鉴别.现将我科近年收治15例脊髓MS临床资料进行分析,以提高对该病的认识.
