Abstract
腺性膀胱炎(cystitis glandular,CG)是一种膀胱黏膜上皮反应性增生性病变[1].近年来此类疾病有增多趋势,有文献报道腺性膀胱炎的发病率占膀胱疾病的1%[2].国内普遍认为本病有恶变成腺癌的可能,有医师主张采用经尿道电切和膀胱灌注化疗药物治疗[3].2001年1月-2006年12月本院收治腺性膀胱炎患者58例,其中用三金片配合丝裂霉素膀胱灌注治疗30例.获得满意疗效.现报道如下.
