Abstract
我院自2002年10月～2007年3月,共完成腹腔镜下结直肠癌切除术34例,现报道如下.
1 临床资料
本组34例中男18例,女16例,年龄43～76岁,平均61岁.直肠癌12例(肿瘤距肛缘3～5cm 7例,6～10cm 5例),乙状结肠癌10例,降结肠癌2例,盲肠癌6例,升结肠癌4例.Dukes分期:A期6例,B期21例,C1期7例.
