Abstract

对我院2002-01/2004-12收治的百草枯中毒42例分析如下. 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料本组男18例,女24例.年龄12～64(平均36.7)岁.均系口服百草枯中毒.其中6例为误服中毒,36例均为与他人吵架而口服中毒.服药量约为0.3～4 g不等.人院时间为服后1～24 h.I临床表现为伴恶心、呕吐、阵发性腹痛20例;伴便血或便潜血阳性13例;伴呼吸困难31例.
