Abstract
结节性甲状腺肿(nodular goiter NG)是很常见的甲状腺肿,甲状腺癌(Thyroid carcinoma TC)近年来呈增高趋势,在NG中发生率尤高,不少文献报道结节性甲状腺肿合并有癌变,故应加深对结节性甲状腺肿的认识,作者回顾性分析本院2000年1月至2007年1月间经手术治疗的404例结节性甲状腺肿病例中17例合并甲状腺癌患者的临床资料,探讨两者并存的临床特点、诊断要点及治疗,报告如下.
