Abstract
针对HXD2型机车球铁齿轮箱磁粉探伤时上表面存在分散性裂纹状痕迹的情况,利用扫描电镜和能谱分析得出此缺陷为二次氧化夹渣.通过改进浇注系统,优化熔炼工艺等措施有效的防止了表面夹渣的形成,取得了良好的效果.
