川芎嗪注射液是由川芎提取物制成的一种中药制剂,有降低血粘度,减轻心肌耗氧量,减轻心绞痛症状,对缺血性心肌有保护作用,是治疗心脑血管有较好疗效的常用药物,我院近二年应用川芎嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛50例,取得较好疗效,现报道如下.
