输血是临床治疗中不可替代的手段,随着医学科学的发展和临床治疗的需求,同时也是对血液资源的保护、合理应用,避免浪费,杜绝不必要的输血,卫生部在2000年就制定了<临床输血技术规范>,明确了临床输血适应症以及成分输血的重大意义.成分输血有很多优点,最主要的优点足浓度高,针对性强,疗效好,不良反应少.
