Abstract
患者,女,36岁,农民.主因腰痛伴左臀部疼痛1个月入院,咳嗽及翻身时症状明显加重.查体无明显阳性体征.腰椎MRI示:L3椎体水平左侧腰大肌外缘可见一类圆形长T2信号影,信号欠均匀,可见包膜,与腰大肌交界面清.腰大肌B超未见明显异常.
