Abstract
目前,临床常用ELISA方法进行HBV-M的检测和PCR方法进行HBV-DNA的定性检测来判断HBV的感染或疗效.而传统的定性PCR由于它的易污染、假阳性高、操作者要接触强致癌物等缺点,正逐渐地被荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-DNA)替代.我们采用FQ-DNA法和ELISA法对照检查殚了220例标本,以研究两者之间的关系,探讨FQ-DNA技术的临床应用价值.
