Abstract
产后出血是孕产妇死亡的主要原因之一,产后出血的原因归为子宫收缩乏力、胎盘因素、软产道裂伤及凝血功能障碍4大类,但70%～80%是由于子宫收缩乏力引起[1].积极预防和治疗子宫收缩乏力性出血是降低孕产妇死亡的关键.我们于2003年2月～2005年2月将卡孕栓用于预防和治疗产后出血取得了满意效果,现报告如下.
