Abstract
今年上半年,按照保定市委、市政府的安排,本人被抽调参加下乡工作.在圆满完成任务的同时,利用此次难得的机会,深入基层,对目前动物防疫体系情况进行了调研,结合我市动物防疫体系的实际情况,对如何推进兽医管理体制改革,完善动物疫情防控体系建设提出一些设想.
