青藏高原高寒、缺氧、低气压、多风、干燥,严重威胁建设者身体健康.笔者于2001年至2005年在青藏铁路线执行医疗保障任务期间,认真贯彻\"以人为本,生存重于施工\"的方针,保障了广大参建员工的身体健康,促进了施工任务的顺利完成。
