Abstract
三管减压法,即在空肠造瘘的基础上再加上胃管引流,可以在外伤性十二指肠损伤患者的治疗中,对十二指肠进行有效减压,促进十二指肠修补裂口或肠吻合口的愈合,预防十二指肠瘘的发生[1].由于实施三管减压法时管道多,患者的病情往往很重,所以术后的护理至关重要.1995-2004年,本院用三管减压法治疗外伤性十二指肠损伤19例,取得了良好的效果,现将术后护理体会介绍如下.
