硝苯地平是1,4-二氢吡啶的一种衍生物,属于第二代钙离子拮抗剂,对心血管平滑肌钙通道有阻滞作用,干扰肌肉兴奋收缩,有较强的血管扩张作用[1].临床上广泛用于高血压、心绞痛、心律失常的治疗,近年来又研究发现其新的应用,现就这些新应用进行综述.
