Abstract
目的探讨应用呼吸末正压(PEEP)辅助通气抢救急性有机磷中毒(AOPP)伴呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法回顾性总结我院54例有机磷中毒伴呼吸衰竭的患者中,对32例采用A/C+PEEP模式进行机械通气(A组);有22例采用A/C模式进行机械通气(B组)。结果A组应用PEEP平均值为(9.8±3.4)cmH2O,应用PEEP时间平均(9.4±4.1)小时;A组达到PaO2≥60 mmHg的时间(1.3±0.5)小时优于B组(2.8±1.3)小时,0.01More
