<正>采用243Am和242Pu为稀释剂,建立了ID-MC-ICP-MS结合α谱测量241Pu/241Am得到痕量Pu年龄的方法。实验确定了TEVA树脂分离痕量钚中镅的条件,对于约含3ng钚的样品,加入适量243Am和242Pu稀释剂,采用TEVA树脂柱对Pu、Am进行分离纯化,整个分离流程空白本底较低,对不确定度的贡献可以忽略不计,分离效果能够满足质谱对Pu和α-谱对Am的测量要求。用质谱
