Abstract
患儿,男,1.5岁,2008年11月26日因"流涕、轻咳1 d,气喘半天"于我科住院治疗,入院诊断:急性喘憋性肺炎.给予5%GS(葡萄糖注射液)60 mL+更昔洛韦(北京赛生药业有限公司,批号200808212)50 mg抗病毒,静脉滴注约5 min后患儿突然出现面色及全身皮肤发灰,呼吸困难,四肢末端发凉,口吐白沫,牙关紧闭.
