Abstract
腔镜甲状腺手术病人术后常出现头痛、头晕、呕吐等症状,又称"脑循环紊乱综合征".其发生可能有两方面的原因:(1)CO2灌注压过高引起颈静脉及脑脊液回流减少,高碳酸血症及脑血管扩张引起颅内压增高;(2)术中强制性颈部过伸位也可引起一系列脑血管的病理生理变化,造成脑细胞缺血、缺氧等[1].
