注射用独一味提取物质量标准研究

Abstract
目的建立独一味提取物质量控制的方法。方法采用TLC法进行定性鉴别,用HPLC法测定木犀草素的含量。结果本品定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显,专属性强;含量测定木犀草素的平均加样回收率为98.24%,RSD为0.39%。结论鉴别和含量测定方法简便可行,重复性好,可有效控制独一味提取物的质量。
