我科2002～2003年对支气管异物并肺炎的患儿在进行常规内科治疗的同时,应用支气管镜进行肺泡灌洗,然后注射抗生素,治疗肺部感染性疾病128例,疗效显著,既可迅速地清除局部大量脓性分泌物,又可有效地控制感染.现报告如下.
