Abstract
花叶万年青色彩明亮强烈,色调鲜明,适于室内观赏。常规繁殖系数低,通过组培法工厂化育苗可以快速大量繁殖优质种苗,满足市场需求。工厂化育苗诱导最佳培养基MS+BA3mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L,增殖培养最佳培养基MS+BA2mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L,生根最佳培养基1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L+BA0.1mg/L,生根率94.8%。
