Abstract
我国现行经理人薪酬激励制度因业绩评价指标的缺陷而存在诸多问题,而EVA经理人薪酬激励制度则将业绩评价体系与薪酬激励制度挂钩,促使经理人积极提高业绩,努力推进产业目标实现,更具科学性和优势。因此,应在我国努力推行EVA经理人薪酬激励制度。为克服其本土化应用的障碍,须采取相应对策。
