Abstract
2007年1月-2009年4月我院应用腹腔镜探查治疗肠梗阻7例,均取得满意疗效,现报告如下. 1 临床资料
1.1 一般资料本组7例,男5例,女2例;年龄40～74岁,平均62.5岁.其中阑尾术后粘连性肠梗阻3例,胃癌术后粘连性肠梗阻1例,结肠癌伴不全性梗阻1例,小肠异物性肠梗阻2例.腹部平片可见数目不等的液平.术前诊断肠梗阻.
