Abstract
目的总结观察护理对人工鼻泪管植入术手术效果的影响。方法对46例(48眼)慢性泪囊炎、鼻泪管道阻塞患者行人工鼻泪管植入术并对手术前后的护理进行总结分析。结果 46例(48眼)均成功植入人工鼻泪管,1例(1眼)术后支架阻塞取出后再次植入。结论术前规范指导、术中仔细观察及术后护理的宣教使手术的远近期效果得到保证。
