Abstract
笔者从1例患者脑脊液中检出大量新型隐球菌,但脑脊液中未发现白细胞,报告如下. 1 病历摘要 男,47岁.于3个月前出现无诱因头痛,主要为双颞侧跳痛,呈阵发性,头痛时伴有发热,T<38.5 ℃,于外地医院治疗后好转,1个月后再次出现头痛发热,来我院就诊.我院门诊以头痛发热待查收住院.
