<正>单纯疱疹性角膜炎(herpes simplex keratitis,HSK)的课题研究多年来一直困扰着眼科医生,HSK属于中医聚星障的范畴,也是经常会遇到的比较厉害的感染性角膜病之一,严重时可能造成失明的后果,在角膜病致盲的病例中占63.2%。最近几年,HSK的发病率呈上升趋势。实验及临床研究表明,HSK病人的机体细胞免疫功能比较差是造成病毒易活化、出现复发的关键因素。治疗一般使用无环鸟苷滴眼液,部分或者全身使用免疫
