Abstract
骨形成是一个由多种因素调节的复杂而有序的过程.前列腺素E2(PGE2)由机体产生,在全身各器官均发挥广泛作用,其促进骨形成的作用主要通过其受体介导,并与剂量、药物协同等因素相关,国内外学者也从不同角度对此进行了探索.现将PGE2在骨形成过程的具体作用机制的研究进展作一综述.
