Abstract
中风后痴呆(PSD)在中风患者中发病率较高,如何有效预防PSD是当前研究的热点。肾虚、痰瘀内阻是PSD与中风的共同病理机制,在"治未病"理论的指导下,根据中医辨证论治,以益肾活血化痰为主要治则,早期干预无认知障碍的中风患者,以降低PSD发病率,是中医药防治PSD的新思路。
