<正>1病历摘要女,42岁。于2008-10来我院妇科门诊就诊。确诊为急性盆腔炎。患者一般状态良好,经询问无药物过敏史,并曾多次用过青霉素,故给予0.9%氯化钠溶液250ml,青霉素800万U,甲硝唑250ml,1次/d分别静脉滴注。第2天患者自觉眉间轻微瘙痒,未在意,第3天静脉滴注快结束时患者自觉面部颈部有肿胀感,瘙痒感,且面部,耳廓等处陆续出现斑丘疹,
