Abstract
<正>患者男,58岁,3h前性交后听到阴茎"吧嗒"声,立即出现阴茎疼痛,呈持续性肿痛阵发性加剧,伴肿胀,排尿微痛。体格检查:阴茎肿胀、青紫明显,以阴茎根部最明显,阴茎呈疲软状态,长约12cm,阴茎根部触痛明显。超声检查:阴茎肿胀明显,近冠状沟弯曲,皮下组织水肿增厚,最厚处40mm(图1)。右侧阴茎海绵体中下段扭曲,白膜正常线状高回声消失(图2),周边见不规则中低回声,厚15mm。阴茎部尿道海绵体回声较均匀,
