Abstract
2例发作阵发性室上性心动过速患者心电图动态观察发现V1～V6导联ST段及T波的缺血性改变并伴有心肌损伤标志物的升高,冠状动脉造影发现2例患者前降支中或远段有心肌桥。提示合并心肌桥的患者室上性心动过速发作时可引起严重的心肌缺血。
