摘要
objective Application of two-dimensional color doppler flow imaging to detect of venous valve function of lower extremities. Methods Venous lumen, the wall venous valve and the diameter of the vein were measured by two-dimesional ultra-sound.Venous blood flow of lumen, the pulse Doppler blood flow velocity and direction were detected by color dopple in 55 cases with lower extremity varicosity. Results Lesions of lower extremity venous closure of poor vein lesions, color Doppler flow imaging can be seen glaring valve regurgitation flow signal distal limb to relax after extrusion or Valsalva movement experiment, regurgitation become more pronounced. Conclusion Two-dimensional color Doppler flow imaging has value in the diagnosis of lower extremity venous valvular function with the high sensitivity and specificity.
